  • Leadership coaching for transitions and transformations is what I'm most passionate about. It's where the stakes are high, and the reward of watching growth unfold is immense.

    I sometimes also like to call it "Real Coaching". It pairs unshakeable confidence with resilience, and fosters in us the ability to accept the duality that some things cannot be changed, and simultaneously we can change everything.

  • Many people aspire to be leaders, but they are often promoted into those positions without necessary training, and likely because they’re strong individual contributors. Unfortunately, being a strong individual contributor does not make for a strong leader.

    Leadership requires a shift because Leadership is no longer about you, yet getting out of our own way is hard.

    Good leadership requires a shift, and often, it requires coaching.

  • I work with everyone who is interested and committed to inspiring impact through to others through their own growth.

    This means working with individual contributors looking to move roles or make the leap to leadership, new leaders finding their footing, and leaders looking to move up to the next step.

  • I work 1:1 with individuals as well as groups and teams.

    When 1:1, it generally involves understanding both the long term, and short term goals of the client. We then work session over session both focusing on elements of the meta goal that move us forward and gaining perspective along the way.

    The client is ultimately responsible for the changes that they make, but I work with them to facilitate putting together a plan for their next steps.

    Additionally, I have specific training to support teams and groups through relationship systems coaching. Every relationship, whether pair or group (personal or professional) is a system unto itself.

    I believe each system has its own identity, relationships are in a constant state of emergence, and every voice of the system is right, at least partially. I tap into my toolkit to reveal the system to itself, so that it can make the adjustments it needs to intelligently, creatively and resourcefully re-balance.

    After a 30 minute initial conversation to determine fit, understand goals and get a sense of who I will be working with, we can get started!

    We can go at your pace, at your preferred frequency, though an hour long session every 2 weeks is generally recommended.

My place in the world is to be a supporter, an ally, and a scaffold. I am a fierce advocate for people and their greatness.

For many years my work didn’t spark creativity, connection, or fulfillment. I now lean in and channel my essence into service of others. I am a deep thinker, and a deep feeler, and it is my great joy, honour and privilege to help you be the best, most resilient version of you!

In case you’re interested, I’ve got a whole host of knowledge and experience that crosses the boundaries of complexity theory, systems dynamics, behavioural economics and leadership. I have a BBA, two masters’ degrees in International Marketing and Change Management.

I have worked in the corporate landscape across industries and a variety of functional areas- from marketing, to digital, to product to learning and development. I have been a consultant, leader and professionally successful - but that’s not what I’m bringing here. In my coaching practice, I bring the space and the openness, to work with leaders who know they can do better, in ways that supports their whole, creative and resourceful selves.

I am a Professional Certified coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, and I am Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) trained.
